WIRE CUTTING PERTH

EDM EXPERTS BASED IN PERTH, WA

Wire cutting is a type of electrical discharge machining (EDM) that allows Adarsh Australia to produce complex three-dimensional shapes and work directly on hard metals such as tool steel that are difficult or impossible to machine with other methods. Some examples of products we make are punches, gauges, tools, and dies which must be extremely strong, durable and high quality to last through thousands or potentially millions of cycles without compromising product quality. As wire cutting allows us to work directly on a piece of hardened steel, no further processes are required to re-harden or re-condition the piece.

Our Perth wire cutting specialists can create precise, accurate prototypes for one-off jobs as well as managing full production runs. We can supply custom designs, carry out design modifications or enhance existing designs that will streamline the manufacturing process and improve the performance of your part.

FAST, ECONOMICAL AND ACCURATE EDM

As wire cutting eliminates the time and cost of tooling and setting up, it offers you huge potential cost savings and faster production times. Conventional cutting tools can damage the parts when creating very small pieces from the excess pressure of the cutting tools. This problem is eliminated with wire EDM.

Our advanced, computer-controlled equipment cuts plates up to 300 mm thick, achieving tolerances less than 5 microns. All our wire-cutting processes are subject to our rigid quality control standards.
