CUSTOM COMPONENT MANUFACTURER IN PERTH

INDUSTRIAL PARTS, EQUIPMENT & ASSEMBLIES

Adarsh Australia manufactures a wide range of custom metal and plastic components for organisations across Perth and wider Australia.

From small precision parts through to large fabricated equipment, our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce components to suit the application rather than being restricted to one manufacturing process.

Our capabilities include CNC machining, fabrication, casting and forging, wire cutting, plastic component manufacturing and other specialist production processes. The Adarsh team manufactures from your existing drawings and CAD files, reverse engineer an existing part, or help develop a new component through our engineering team.

COMPONENTS ENGINEERED TO SUIT YOUR APPLICATION

There is no standard list of parts a contract manufacturer can make. Further, the right manufacturing method depends on the component's size, geometry, material, tolerances, quantity and operating environment.

Adarsh brings multiple manufacturing capabilities together so that each component can be produced using a process suited to the job.

Our team manufactures one off parts as well as repeat production orders and complete industrial assemblies.

Many customer projects are also confidential, so the components shown below represent only a selection of the work completed by our production team.

FEATURED CUSTOM COMPONENTS

The components below are a small selection of the custom parts and assemblies we manufacture for industrial applications. Our Malaga engineering team works on many confidential projects, so not every component we produce can be shown publicly.

TYPES OF CUSTOM COMPONENTS WE MANUFACTURE

Our projects range from small precision components that fit in your hand to very large fabricated equipment.

The components we manufacture are used for all manner of applications, from moving and rotating parts to structural, process and electrical components. The categories below provide examples of the types of parts and assemblies our team can produce.

Adarsh has multiple manufacturing facilities including a machine shop, a fabrication workshop, a foundry, and other custom solutions. Our sister company, Afaridan Plastics, offers 3D printing, injection moulding and other capabilities.

The below images are examples, and each component category can cover a much wider range of designs, sizes, materials and applications depending on the requirements.

Automotive Components

MACHINED & ROTATING COMPONENTS

We manufacture precision machined components for industrial equipment, machinery and power transmission systems. Parts can be produced to your drawings, specifications or reverse engineered from an existing component.

FLOW & PROCESS COMPONENTS

Adarsh manufactures custom components for fluid handling, pumping, hydraulic and process equipment. These can range from precision machined manifolds and valve bodies to larger fabricated piping components.

FABRICATED EQUIPMENT & PARTS

Our fabrication capabilities extend from individual structural components through to large equipment and complete assemblies. We manufacture to suit the dimensions, loads, operating environment and installation requirements of each project.

Our team can also refurbish industrial equipment as required.

ELECTRICAL, ENCLOSURE & THERMAL COMPONENTS

Adarsh manufactures a range of custom components for electrical, cable management and thermal applications. This includes fabricated enclosures and cable hardware as well as copper busbars, silver electrodes, heat sinks and extruded components.

PLATES, HARDWARE & PRODUCTION COMPONENTS

We manufacture custom plates, mounting hardware and specialised production components where standard off the shelf parts are not suitable. Components can be made to specific dimensions, materials, hole patterns and other application requirements.

ONE OFFS & LARGE PRODUCTION VOLUMES

Adarsh manufactures one off parts, short runs, and ongoing production orders. Larger quantities can benefit from economies of scale, one offs generally have a higher unit cost because setup, engineering, and other costs are spread over one unit. Higher volume orders also justify more processes such as casting or injection moulding that require an investment in tooling.

Our engineers can manufacture from drawings / CAD, or reverse engineer an existing component where original drawings are unavailable. Our capabilities include 3D scanning, CAD and design for manufacture. Some projects may require multiple materials or manufacturing processes, which is another areas where Adarsh's range of capabilities shine.

Components can be manufactured from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, engineering plastics and specialist materials such as titanium, nickel alloys, duplex. Material and manufacturing process are selected to suit your requirements and/or the component's application and volume.
